  There were always uncontrolled sexually abusive people at these centers, and the leaders making decisions about me complaining were always very minimal in help or input. I usually felt alienated after trying to report sexual abuse, and did not encounter anyone in decision making positions who was going to understand what learning differences were.
  
  Vipassana is amazing for you, but processes still shut down from stress, and its important to restart everything after sitting.
  
  During the time period I served I was living in a rat infested apartment with lots of low ceiling/electricity combos. My time in the system was a rare opportunity to get decent sleep.
  
  Regularly present supervisors rarely to never had constructive criticism other than approaching too quickly and starting to list the rules too quietly with no ideas about the rules or anything said about specific areas for improvement.
  
  The only time I was contradicted directly on any behavior at above a whisper was by someone I'd never seen before who was covered in purple makeup who wanted to tell me he had seen me run up the hill and that the exercise trainer gets kicked out. Learning to always walk in sexually abusive environments when also being tortured when I went back to Oakland was difficult.
  
  In 2011 at Kelseyville, I was touched from behind a lot during a ten day sit. The leading server who had been present at the start was replaced against his will before the groping started. The male teacher seemed to try to get out of his seat and gyrate in front of my uncle in the front row. It was very difficult to find anyone to report the groping to, and the teacher kept trying to convince me slightly I wasn't being touched. He seemed to blame me for any movement while the person behind me kept his hands extended as far as possible, balanced on uncrossed legs, while slowly hunching over to get his hands closer and closer. It wasn't until much later in life that I learned the teacher looked and acted like a specific judge I had to file a critical RO with in 2017. I was almost killed after the court case.
  
  In 2013, on my first service period at Northfork, the driver sent to pick me up scraped his finger nail deliberately, slowly, on my arm, pressing it to me for more than a second while dragging it in a semi circle so most of the nail surface had scraped a small point on my skin. If I got out of the car I'd have to walk or hitchhike for miles in either direction with little money. I did a few service periods at Northfork. The kitchen manager would say slurred hate speech, and then burn people off for complaining. It wasn't Cantonese or another language, but insanity around cockroaches. The only actually darker skinned person I saw in the system was washing the dishes and got lots of sores on his forearms that scabbed over and expanded each day until they were over an inch long. He told me they were caused by the dish washing. When he tried to talk to the kitchen manager, the manager dominated him so he wasn't speaking up, encouraged him to whisper, and refused to let him switch jobs, with me or another, or move to another job. At the next service period, the kitchen manager asked me impolitely after insulting me quietly to wash the dishes for 10 days. I accepted initially but then asked him if I could switch out after 5 days in case something went wrong, referencing the strange sores. He banned me forever from the kitchen, and at other centers they became reluctant to let me work in the kitchen.
  
  At 29 palms in 2013 I had to work with someone spewing louder paranoid hate speech at me and lunging about. I learned to draw him into a different environment to ask him to stop. My belt was stolen and I got very sick.
  
  I returned to northfork in 2013, and the server schedule was set to 9pm mandatory meetings. The only long term female teacher in the system instructed me quietly to run up a hill. In exhaustion, I did so, and was banned from Northfork and therefore the entire global system.
